Tilly agreed to give me 10 or 12 days to consider whether we would take it or not. The time is out. I would have bot. it the day I saw him but had no money. Well it seems like a poor man has no right to live in this world no way, as they can never do any thing any way. Let me hear from you by return mail if not sooner.
Expect our Bulk of tobacco is sold at 16 (???) cts. and well sold as a good deal of it is western stock and is hard to sell generally, frost will not affect prices any.
