organized here and have bot. all the land on the East side of Alston Avenue and will build 100 houses soon I also learn they are trying to buy the place I've been writing you about. If you think best to buy it I would advise immediate action or the place will be gone, or a big advance in price. I believe it will double in value in twelve months. I came near telegraphing you this morning about it. Tilly agreed to give me 10 or 12 days to consider whether we would take it or not. The time is out. I would have bot. it the day I saw him but had no money. Well it seems like a poor man has no right to live in this world no way, as they can never do any thing any way. Let me hear from you by return mail if not sooner.

Yours &c.

T. D. Wright
Expect our Bulk of tobacco is sold at 16 (???) cts. and well sold as a good deal of it is western stock and is hard to sell generally, frost will not affect prices any.
