kept an accurate account of the cost of a 1000 bobbins the other day and it footted (sic???) up $3.80. We recieved (Correction: received) for them $10.00 pr. No allowances however were made for oil wair (Correction: wear) and tare (Correction: tear) of machinery &c. But at the outside 15% should cover that. We have a detailed list of a good many other lots, which worked out about that way. I think the greatest trouble with the mill, in the past is not running with full capassity (Correction: capacity) - there is a quantity of machinery here and it cost a good deal to run it. And if there is not a sufficient number of hands to keep all the machinery going we are bound to run at a loss. But we have had small orders to contend with all the while and it has been impossible to keep
