Your last letter was received yesterday - Please pardon my delay in answering your other letter. I have been so unwell for the last ten days that I have almost lost sight of every thing and every body save my own miserable self. Dr. said I needed a change of place worse than any thing else, so I left home when Horace was six weeks old hoping to gain strength and an appetite. Instead of
