all night at Greenwood so when I got home it was nearly dark and Pa was very uneasy. Prof tried to make every body believe that he was going to S. C. but he did not get there. I heard you all would have Tuesday instead of Monday so you and Lela musts come down to meet up. we will come Tuesday. I am packing u[s] now.

I have made a mash since I have been over will tell you all about it when I come. Le[la]? went up to day. you and Lela write Sunday and don't hurt yourselves eating. Ed said Lela's trunk was very heavy. I will have to close as I have been riding all day and can't keep my eyes open. Much love to you all.
