But I will do what you think best. It has worried me most to death not being able to attend to it. This good season I have had some hands all the time classing it. Hope to be able to go out to-morrow if no back set. Regarding the Tilley lot, my object was to get a home that I could live on with less expense. The arrangement you suggested suits me very well. The reason I made the suggestion, I was of the opinion it would be a good investment for you, if I never paid for it. I think I can pay for it in a few years even if I make but little here. The place can be improved as you suggest or I will pay you rent for it - But your suggestion suits me better, as there will be no risk on your part, and there is no doubt about its being good property if it can be bot. for a reasonable price. I will investigate as early as possible. I will write again in few days.

Your Bro. &c.

Thos. D. Wright
