seems to be advancing rapidly. Would like to decide about the Tilly place on Alston Avenue, as early as possible or the old gentleman will sell to other parties or raise on price. That I think is a bargain. Watkins is holding land one mile from town at $300.00 pr. acre, and Tillys place can be bot. for $271.00 or 7 acres for $1900.00 in less than twelve months if so dis posed lots could be sold from it -- enough to pay for it -- and then have a large lot of land left. Please let me here from you at once about it. Your house is being rappidly (Correction: rapidly) completed now. The floors are nearly all laid cover has been put on and I think it will not take them a great while to complete it now. You will have the handsomest house in the town. "It will be a dosie." Hope to hear from you at once.

Yours &c.

Thos. D. Wright.
