Morris and Son Manufacturing and Company Tomlinson, Samuel F., b. 1841 Durham (N.C.) Raleigh (N.C.) We cant open the school then but thought you would want your rent to begin Sept 1/87. As an individual I have expressed my views to the effect that it will pay you better to rent the building for graded school purposes than for any thing else as it is likely to be a permanent affair & we'll probably want your building for a number of years -- $500 per year is big rent, I think. You will please answer by return mail, if proposition of Committee is accepted. |
