As requested, I went to Durham to see your bro. Thomas and found him suffering from Gastro-Duodenal Catarrh-Dr Smith told me he had found several Gall Stones that had passed but if this is true they must have been very small as there has been no symptoms of Hepatic Colic (severe)-I suggested several things which the Dr accepted very readily & hope to hear a good report of him in a week or ten day (Correction: days); but the cure
