Sept. 14th 1887.
Mr. R. H. Wright

Dear Sir:

An opinion worth having cannot be arrived at in the case of your child except after a careful examination. Thus the only advice I can give you, is to present the baby here. We can then, and then only, judge of her condition, and of the means to remedy it. The younger the patient, the better, before the morbid condition becomes fixed.

Very respectfully,

A. Jacobi, M.D. 110 W. 34th, N. Y.
