Description: The Durham Graded School Committee designed this circular to raise money for the support of Durham's graded school in the 1886-1887 school year. Eugene Morehead, R. F. Webb, Edward James Parrish, and Samuel F. Tomlinson served on the committee which sought funding for the school.
