Wright Lynchburg Va Your kind favor of yesterday just rec'd and contents carefully noted. In reply would say, I do not know of any one wishing to buy real estate just now. I enclose [check word in original] you the two contracts of Graded School building with the renewals written on back of each and signed by Wm Guthrie, Chairman of Committe (Correction: Committee)---Sorry you did not come down to the convention. We had a grand time, not withstanding the inclement weather. You will please sign one of these contracts and return to me for Guthrie. The land sale seems to be hung up for the present---we'll find out more after while.
